Volunteer Portal - Public Engagements

Any organizations that use Panorama Donor Management can publicly share their volunteer engagements so that you can include these publicly shared engagements in your volunteer portal.

You can choose which organization’s publicly shared engagements you want to include on your volunteer portal by turning on the Share Organization switch.  Click the switch to turn on sharing of this organization’s engagements.  Click the switch again to turn the sharing off.

Clicking a column name will sort the list of organizations by the column you’ve clicked.  Click the column name again to reverse the sort order.

If you want to search for a specific organization, click the Search button.  Search fields will appear below each column name.  Enter text or select an option for the column you want to search by and the results in the list will be updated.  Click the Search button again to remove the search fields and reset the list.

When you have finishing selected the organizations, click the Save button.  Click the Reset button to undo any changes you have made.
