If the school has used FirstGiving for an Apex event before, you don't need to go through the whole process of setting up the school again. You'll be able to set up their Fun Run, and if they had EFT last year, they'll also start receiving payments without any extra steps on your end. Please be sure to sign into your FirstGiving account, or check with FirstGiving's support team (877-365-2949 or email@example.com) to verify the banking account on file.
If there is a new contact person at the school this year, and you want them to be able to log in and see their FirstGiving reports, send the new contact the below link. Once they fill it out FirstGiving will set up their login.
