Please complete all 8 steps below. Make sure to NOT stop after step 5. If you need help you can contact the FirstGiving HelpDesk team at 877-365-2949 or email@example.com.
1. You should receive an email to set up your login. Click the CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL link. (Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you didn't get this account setup email.)
2. Create a LOGIN and click CONTINUE.
3. Confirmation screen – Click Continue to FirstGiving.
4. Log in with your new email/password and click SIGN IN
5. Agree to the first set of Terms and Conditions and click I AGREE.
6. At the top click on FirstGiving.
7. Agree to the terms and conditions, AND enter your Legal Name, Home Address and Date of Birth.
8. Once that is complete, let your Apex Rep know so they can get your campaign up and running!
