Peer-to-peer fundraising is a method of fundraising that leverages employees supporters to fundraise on their behalf. It’s also known as social fundraising, personal and/or team fundraising, or p2p fundraising.
Peer to Peer Fundraising is enabled for Campaign Management’s SPE, IPE and DPE campaigns.
Note: At this time, this capability is not available for Workplace Engagement campaigns.
Donations made to any personal fundraisers via Campaign Management will be visible in the donor’s Giving History. However, the donations made to personal fundraisers from outside Campaign Management will not be available in the donor’s Giving History.
Because Peer to Peer Fundraising is a Company level feature, all fundraisers created by any employee of the company that has access to Campaign Management will be visible to all other employees as long as the fundraiser page was created via the Campaign Management platform.
Important: The “Personal Fundraiser” option must be enabled in Campaign Management in order for your company to offer this feature.
