Whenever you move from one page to another, the system leaves a “trail of breadcrumbs” to show where you have been. This is a handy feature - it allows you to go back to an earlier page by clicking a link in the crumb line.
Here is an example of a crumb line:
The last item in the crumb line is the name of the page you are on (in this example, View Payments). The items to the left of this are the names of the previous pages you were on. You can click any of them to return to that page.
Tip: We recommend you use the "crumb line" whenever possible. Clicking the "back" arrows on your browser can sometimes cause errors.
