You may view all invoice and payment activity for your FrontStream account by logging into your billing portal at pay.frontstream.com. (If you haven’t set up your billing portal account, please contact us at email@example.com.)
To view your invoices, type in Invoice in the Transaction Search section on the home page and click Search.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if:
- You have a question about an invoice
- You disagree with an invoice
- You wish to dispute an invoice
- You believe that you have made a payment that isn’t showing up on the billing portal
Note: It is FrontStream’s policy that any dispute must be made within 30 days of invoice receipt.
