From the Fundraising Hub, you will have the ability to send emails to family, friends, and coworkers.
How to Send an Email
Step 1: Click on Emails in the left-hand menu of the Fundraising Hub.
Step 2: Next, you can choose to send the Ask for donations or Recruit friends emails by clicking on the button.
Step 3: Enter email addresses in the To field (separated by commas if you are entering more than one email address) or click on the Import or Address book functions to import emails from your address book or use previously imported contacts.
Step 4: Add or edit your email message by clicking into the template and adding your own content.
Step 5: Click Send
How to Use the Email Dashboard
The email dashboard will show you each person you have sent emails to, the status of the email, and whether that person has donated or not.
If you have recipients who have not yet donated, you can resend the email by checking the box beside the designated recipient(s) and selecting the Create resend button below the email list.
