Getting to Know the Volunteering Tab

The Volunteer tab in Donor Management allows you to accomplish three things:  

1. Add and manage your volunteers 
2. Add and manage volunteer opportunities, which we refer to as "engagements"
3. Create and update a volunteer portal, which is an online, customized website for your volunteers to sign up for engagements

We covered how to add volunteers in the Constituent lesson, so please refer to "The Constituent Profile: Volunteering" lesson for information about how to add volunteers to your database, as well as how to update the volunteer profile portion of a constituent profile.
