To sign up to receive EFT payments on your organization's FrontStream Workplace Connect account, you must have admin access. If you need admin access to your organization's FrontStream Workplace Connect account, please contact our support team by submitting a request here.
If you are an admin, please use the instructions below to sign up for EFT payments via your FrontStream Workplace Connect account, or to update your organization’s bank account information:
- Select the "EFT" tab on your Connect account to access the EFT update page.
- Please enter the Bank Name, Bank Routing Number, Account Number, and Account Type and fill out the contact information. Please include both requested documents when submitting the desired bank information.
Note: The email address listed in the "email address" field will receive a notification email every time your organization receives an EFT deposit.
