Import Expectations

GiftWorks offers two methods to import data into your database. Either a paid import service that GiftWorks provides or the self service import feature in the product.

Paid importing:

• average import costs $1,500
• Importing is completed 100% by GiftWorks staff

Self Service Import Feature in GiftWorks:

• User does 100% of the import
• Client Support is available to point you in the right direction. This is typically completed by directing clients to the Import Guide, Importing Videos, or Importing articles
• If you are experiencing an error Client Support is available to troubleshoot
