This integration will allow you to synchronize your lists of contacts in Constant Contact with donors in Panorama Donor Management. Instead of having to import and export information between Donor Management and Constant Contact, you can now keep everything up to date with a few clicks. Optionally, you can synchronize your donor address, phone, and custom field information in Panorama Donor Management with contact information in Constant Contact, to more effectively create personalized emails from Constant Contact.

The first thing you will need to do is sign up for a Constant Contact account. Click here to get started. You can set up a 60-day free trial for 0-100 email addresses. Once you have set up both Panorama Donor Management and Constant Contact, scroll down to the Getting Started section below.
Getting Started!
When seeding Panorama Donor Management constituents to Constant Contact (during the first time synchronization), new contacts will be added to the default Constant Contact list. The email address is what matches a contact in Constant Contact to a constituent in Donor Management. If you have a constituent in Donor Management who is the same person as the contact in Constant Contact but the Panorama Donor Management constituent does not have a primary email address, a new Panorama Donor Management constituent will be created. If this occurs you can use the Merge feature in Setup to merge the constituents together.
Step 1: Syncing Panorama Donor Management Cloud with Constant Contact, start by going to Tools > Email Services > Select Constant Contact > Click 'Link your account now' > Enter your Constant Contact credentials and hit Log in.
Step 2: Selecting Constant Contact Lists, Once you've entered your credentials and allowed Panorama Donor Management to access your Constant Contact account, you will be asked "Which list would you like to add seeded donors to?" (this will be your Default list for Constant Contact in Panorama Donor Management). Once you've selected your Default List, you will then select whether you want to "create new records in Donor Management" or "do not create new records in Panorama Donor Management". By selecting "Do not create new records in Panorama Donor Management" you are stating that any record within that Constant Contact List that may not be in Panorama Donor Management already, you do not want to be created in Panorama Donor Management. Proceed by clicking Next.
Step 3: Synchronize with Constant Contact, Choose the options that best match how Panorama Donor Management and Constant Contact should integrate. You will need to choose the options to be used every time you synchronize and the first time you synchronize. If a contact unsubscribes from all lists in Constant Contact, constituents with a matching email are marked as do not email in Panorama Donor Management ONLY if that option was selected during initial synchronization.
Step 4: Verifying Constant Contact, Once all of your choices have been selected for Constant Contact and Panorama Donor Management you'll finish with verifying the options you've selected and select 'Connect Panorama Donor Management and Constant Contact to begin processing the integration.
