How to Claim a Gift on the iVerify Website

Please use the instructions below in order to claim a match/volunteer hours on the iverify.frontstream.com website. 

- Login to the iverify.frontstream.com website. If you are using the site for the first time, use the "Register" link near the top of the screen in order to create an account. If you do not remember your password, please use the "Forgot password?" link. Support is unable to manually provide usernames/passwords to iverify users so if the Forgot password? link does not work, you can simply create a new account using the Register link without consequence. 

- Once you have logged into the site, use the transaction number and the verification code near the top right corner of the verification from that you received and enter them into the "Transaction Number" and "Verification Code" fields near the top of the iverify website. Please note that if the gift is a grant for volunteer hours, you must click the "Volunteer Hours" tab to the right of the "Monetary Match" tab before you plug in the transaction number and verification code.

- Once the transaction number and verification code are successfully inputted, you will confirm that you are a representative of the non-profit that the gift is intended for. If you are not a representative of the non-profit, you cannot proceed.

- After confirming you are a member of the non-profit. A screen should appear titled "Claim Match". When you reach this screen, you must enter the tax deductible amount of the gift/number of volunteer hours actually submitted to your non-profit. 

IMPORTANT: when entering the tax deductible amount, please do not use any symbols or commas. For example, if the gift is $1,000.00, you would enter that as "1000.00". Once the tax deductible amount/number of hours volunteered has been entered and you click "claim" you will have completed the verification process.
