Dashboard Configuration

This document covers the Dashboard; a component of a campaign that allows campaign coordinators to easily access campaign statistics, generate reports/exports, and send email without ever leaving the donor site.

On July 20, 2022 an enhancement was released to set a default Coordinator Level.

A default Coordinator Level can now be assigned to your eWay campaigns to automatically align a donor either via import or self-registration to a Coordinator Level.

• For self-registration campaigns this means your client companies will be able to utilize Dashboard Reporting to see a quick snapshot of campaign results and reporting without manual intervention to align donors.   
• For campaigns where donors are imported this means donors with missing coordinator levels can be included on Dashboard Reporting providing a more accurate overview to your company coordinators on how well the campaign is performing.
