Deleting donors

To delete individual donors:

• Click on Delete this Donor from the Related Actions menu when viewing a donor
• Click on the Settings/Importing,Exporting and Data Management/Delete Information From Your Database/Manage Deleted Donors
• Click on Check All and then click Delete Permanently.

To delete multiple donors:

• Create a donor SmartList of the donors to delete
• Click Settings/Importing,Exporting and Data Management/Delete Information From Your Database/Delete SmartList Contents
• Select the SmartList from the dropdown list
• Click on Delete SmartList Contents to delete all of the donors on that SmartList
