GiftWorks Error - 1155 - File...not found

This error is typically the result of an insufficiently up-to-date Windows installation. We recommend that you download and install the latest updates to Microsoft Windows

To check and see if your copy of Windows is up to date, go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/. Once there, you can follow the steps on the screen to check for and install updates

To run GiftWorks, you should have all critical updates to Windows installed

It may take more than one pass through the Windows Update process to retrieve all of the critical updates. Some updates are dependent on others, and so once you have installed the first round, you should return to the Windows Update site to see if there are any more critical updates remaining.
