System Requirements for GiftWorks

GiftWorks Pro Requirements

Hardware for each computer with GiftWorks installed:

• 1-GHz Pentium or greater
• 1GB of ram, 2GB recommended
• 200MB available hard-disk space

Software/Operating Systemfor each computer with GiftWorks installed:

• One of the following operating systems:
  1. Windows Vista Home, Business, Ultimate, 32 or 64-bit;(with latest service pack)
  2. Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, 32 or 64-bit; (with latest service pack)
  3. Windows 8 Basic, Pro, 32 or 64-bit (with latest service pack)
• Internet Explorer 32-bit 10 and above
• Must be connected to the internet
• Must have Administrator privileges on the computer to install GiftWorks

Microsoft SQL Server GiftWorks Pro also requires Microsoft SQL Server to be installed on one computer/server within your organization. Compatible versions/editions of Microsoft SQL Server include:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or greater
• Any Microsoft SQL Server edition including the free Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition.
• Must have Administrator priveleges on the computer/server to install Microsoft SQL Server

GiftWorks Anywhere Requirements

• GiftWorks Anywhere requires an internet connection as follows:
  • Upload speed = 2 mbps or greater
  • Download speed = 2 mbps or greater

• GiftWorks Anywhere is powered by Citrix technology and uses Citrix software (called "receivers") on any device that meets the minimum system requirements from Citrix. • Must have Administrator privileges on the computer to install Citrix
