The Iframe is another option for getting the request form on your website. The Iframe embeds the request form into your website, versus having your form as a clickable link that opens up a standalone page. You can create the Iframe under Set Up> Iframe. Once you register the URL where the form will live, an HTML code will be generated that you can share with your webmaster.
*Note: When using the Iframe, only the form questions are embedded into your website. You do not see any design elements or the top part of your form where you introduce your community program, guidelines and response policy.
We also highly suggest as a best practice to include a hyperlink to your request form for technical issues when using the Iframe. You can include a sentence above the embedded form that says “Having issues submitting your request? If so, please click here.” It is a rarity that technical issues are encountered when using the direct form, so this is a great solution for Iframe submission issues.
