How to Access Donor and Volunteer Management 

With the new layout of your Panorama account, there are multiple ways that you can access your Donor and Volunteer Management. This article will touch on each of those areas.

How to Access by Use Case

If there is a specific area of your account that you want to access or work with (i.e. Constituents, Gifts, Volunteers, SmartLists, or Mailings) you can navigate to that specific area from your Panorama Dashboard. 

Step 1: On the right side of your dashboard by selecting Constituents, Gifts, Volunteering, SmartLists, or Mailings it will pull you to that area of your Donor and Volunteer Management. 

Launching Donor and Volunteer Management

Step 1: On the right side of your dashboard select Launch

Step 2: You will be directed to the Home area of your Donor and Volunteer Management.
