- How to Add Offline Donations
Step 1: Click on the Cash and Checks link in the left menu of the Fundraising Hub.
Step 2: Select Add Donation
Step 3: Choose to attribute the donation to friends or family or add it as a lump sum donation (example: funds collected at a fundraising bake sale).
- If adding a donation from an individual, you can enter the individual’s contact information so a receipt can be sent out.
- If adding a donation as a lump sum, no receipt will be sent.
Step 4: Once the donation information has been added select the Add Donation button.
- The donation will then be added to your list of offline donations and the amount will be added toward your fundraising total.
Helpful Tip! For information on where to send your offline donations, please contact the organization you are fundraising for directly.
