Creating Panorama Donor Management Mailing Header, Body & Footer Templates

Donor Management provides a feature that allows you to create header/body/footer templates, which you can save and select to use for current and future use within your mailings. 

Step 1: Create a Header/Body/Footer Template

In the Mailings section of Donor Management, you will begin by selecting Manage Templates. Once there you will click on Headers/Footers, and select 'Create Header/Body/Footer Template'.

Step 2: Enter the template name.

Step 3: Select an Image

Within the Image Properties window, you will select to upload the image of your choice (by clicking 'Browse'), along with width/height and alignment changes needing to be made. Once you have completed the upload you will finish by selecting OK. 

Step 4: Finish up the header/body/footer creation by previewing your header making any further changes needed, and selecting 'Save' to complete this process.
