- When creating a Custom email to be sent to Participants, be sure to add a condition filter of Registration Status = Registered, in order to ensure that the email is not sent to all other participants who are attached to the event (ie. Registration Cancelled or Aborted)
- Currently, aborted registrants are attached to a location, which means they would get the custom email if the only filter applied is Location
- If you wish to resend a previously sent custom email, you will need to create a new Custom Email, where you can load the content of a previously saved custom email and set a new date to send the email.
