Viewing and Voiding Registration payments for an event

Step 1 Search the registrant in the Relationships Tab

Search by any of the fields available and click the registrant name.

Step 2 Click on the “details” icon under Events Registered For

Step 3 Click the “+” symbol to expand the Registration Information section

Step 4 Select View Payments

If you want to change the status of the registration fee you can select details and change the status
