Monthly donation plan change card details, cancelling and updating number of monthly installments

Search the donor in the Relationships Tab

Search by any of the fields available and click the donor’s name.

Click on the ‘details’ icon under Monthly Donation Plans

Edit Monthly Donation Plan

Click Edit to update:

• Start Date
• Monthly plan amount
• Status (Active, Cancelled, Paused, All installments have been processed)
• Number of Installments
• Private Donation Permission
• You can also change the solicitor if applicable 

Tips:

• If the donor doesn’t call back to reinstate the plan within 90 days, the system cancels the monthly donation plan and deletes credit card information.
• If the donor does not specify how many monthly installments they will make, this will set to 999.
• Once all of the monthly installments the donor has signed up for have been processed you will not be able to edit the monthly plan information. They would need to set up a new monthly donation.

Update the credit card information

Click Change Monthly Plan Credit Card

Change the card holder name, credit card type, credit card number, or expiry date as required.

Click Save.
