What kind of database does GiftWorks use?

GiftWorks has been designed to work with a Microsoft JET database. This is the same database format that Microsoft Access works with. GiftWorks is NOT a Microsoft Access application butcan be opened with Microsoft Access or anotherODBCcomplianttools for creating reports, exporting information, etc. Keep in mind that we only provide limited support for going into the database using other tools. We also cannot be responsible for damages that may occur as a result.
