- How to View & Manage Donations using the Donations Report
Through Panorama's Donation Page, you have access to a Donation Report that will provide you with all of the information regarding your Donation Page's donors. You can access your Donation Page reporting by selecting your project from the Active or Past Projects list and choosing Donations from the menu on the left side.

How to View & Manage Donations using the Donations Report
The Donations Report is where you can view project-specific donations and perform any donation management such as resending a donor's receipt, canceling a recurring profile, updating a donor's name, editing donor contact permissions, editing contact details, or updating answers to custom questions. This report will provide you with your donor's first and last name, email address, donation date, donation status, and recurring profile information.
If there is a specific donor you would like to work with use the Search bar to search for that donor.
Export the report into excel to view even more details about your donors such as their address, display name, matching gift information, recurring profile information, whether or not their donation has been disbursed to your organization, and fee information.
By exporting your Donation Report you will be able to see what donors chose to Pay the Fee.
To view, a specific donation's details use the search bar to search for the donor and select their donor listing to pull up their Donation Summary page.
From this page, you will have the option to Edit the donation information, Resend Receipt, and Cancel Recurring Profile (if applicable).
To edit a donation select the Edit button in the upper right corner of the Donation Summary page.
You will have the ability to edit:
- Donor's Name
- Contact Permissions
- Email Address
- Donor's Address
- Answers to custom questions
Be sure to select Save after making your changes.
To Submit a Refund:
click on your Panorama Donation Page project type>click donations>click the donor profile you choose to refund:
Clicking on a donor profile will open up the Donation Summary for the donation that was made.
A “Request Refund”option has been added to the bottom of the Donation Details page in Donation Form projects.
Selecting “Request Refund” will prompt the user to enter a Refund Reason.
The request then goes to the Distribution team for review.
