Embedded Payment Form

The Embedded Payment Form (EPF) is an innovative new feature added to Panorama's Donation Form template, offering a more seamless and secure donation experience. It efficiently processes payment information while supporting credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with future plans to expand to ACH, Venmo, and PayPal.

Who Can Use the Embedded Payment Form?

The Embedded Payment Form (EPF) is available to U.S. customers subscribed to Panorama Premium, Pro, Spark, and Basic who are utilizing FrontStream Global Fund. This currently does not work with the Donate Button and the embedded donation form.

• Seamless Payment Processing: Securely collects credit card and billing information.

• Supports Multiple Payment Methods: Apple Pay and Google Pay available for eligible donors.

• Customizable Experience: Organizations can modify the form theme and include Tribute Giving, Matching, and Custom Questions.

• Improved Compliance: Uses modern front-end technology to meet newly introduced PCI requirements.
  

Future Enhancements

• Recurring Donations: Apple Pay and Google Pay are not yet supported for recurring donations.

• Phone Number: "Pay with Card”, phone number will be a field that will be added shortly.  Phone numbers are not collected if the donor pays with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How to Enable Payment Types and Cover the Fee

1. Configure Payment Options in Donation Forms:

   • Open the Donation Form Builder.

   • Go to the Details tab and select Payment Options.

   • Choose accepted payment methods (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

   • Enable or disable the Cover the Fee option.
     
     
     
     

Using the Embedded Payment Form

1. Donor Selects Amount:

   • On mobile devices suggested donation amounts are displayed in a two-column format for improved readability
     

2. Click "Donate":

   • A modal window opens, presenting available payment options.
     

3. Choose Payment Method:

   • Credit Card: Enter details and proceed through the ReCaptcha verification.

   • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Select the respective option and confirm the transaction.
     

4. Complete Donation:

   • After successful payment, the donor is redirected to the Thank You page.
     

Reporting and Tracking

• Donation Summary: Displays payment method used (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

• Exports:

  • Donation Form Donations Export

  • Panorama Payments Export

  • Disbursement Details Export

• Mailings Payment Table: Summarizes payment details for donor communication.
