The Gifts tab of the constituent profile displays the constituent's overall giving, as well as how their giving stacks up against the other constituents in your database over time. If your constituent has pledges, outstanding payments, or soft credits, those will appear in this portion of their profile as well.  

Payments

The list of Payments Received includes all of the gifts that the constituent has made to your organization. You can click on any of those gifts to open the payment page and see more details of the payment: 

From there, the payment page will open up and allow you to see the payment details. To go back to the constituent page, simply click the back arrow in your browser. 

Pledges

Panorama Donor Management defines a pledge as a commitment made by a constituent to your organization to donate a specified amount on a future date or dates. A pledged gift could consist of a donation to be made on one specific date, or spread out payments scheduled over time.  

Click on any pledge to open the Pledge Overview page, where you can view detailed information about that specific pledge.

Soft Credits

Soft credits are used to recognize individuals or entities associated with a donation, even if they were not the direct payer of the gift. This allows organizations to acknowledge people who influenced, encouraged, or were otherwise connected to the contribution.

Soft credits help provide a more complete view of donor relationships and giving impact without changing the original donation record.

Recurring Profiles

The Recurring Profile field is used to identify and manage a donor’s recurring donation setup. It provides key details about the recurring gift schedule, including frequency, amount, status, start date, and next scheduled date, helping ensure ongoing contributions are accurately tracked and maintained.
