If you need to change the nonprofit your workplace giving pledge is directed to — whether the campaign is still active or has recently closed — this article explains your options.
Editing a Pledge Designation During an Active Campaign
Log in to your Workplace Giving portal at your employer's campaign URL.
Go to My Giving or My Pledges.
Find the pledge you want to update and click Edit.
Search for and select the new nonprofit you'd like to direct your gift to.
Save your changes. You'll receive a confirmation email with your updated designation.
Note: You can only edit a pledge while the campaign is open. Once a campaign closes, pledges are locked and processed as submitted.
If the Campaign Has Closed or Your Pledge Has Already Processed
Once a campaign closes, pledge designations cannot be edited through the portal. If you need to redirect a gift that has already been processed:
Contact your employer's HR or payroll department — they may be able to adjust your pledge before the next disbursement cycle.
Alternatively, contact FrontStream Workplace Support by submitting a request here. Include your name, employer, the campaign year, and the nonprofit you intended to designate.
FrontStream can redirect a processed gift to a different nonprofit only if there is a charity issue, such as charity status is ineligible or went out of business.
If You Can't Find Your Nonprofit
Nonprofits must be registered and vetted with FrontStream to be eligible to receive workplace giving donations. If the organization you're looking for doesn't appear in the search:
Try searching by EIN (Federal Tax ID number) instead of name.
Try alternate spellings or the organization's full legal name.
If your employer allows for write-ins, then follow the prompts to submit your request for approval
