When creating a message you’ll need to provide:
- Start Date - the date the message should appear to users.
- End Date - the date the message should be no longer visible to the users. If you do not provide an end date, this message will be shown indefinitely (unless you provide an end date or delete the message).
- Subject - a brief summary of the message.
- Message Body - the main content of your message. This can include formatted text using the tools that are available including text color, font, styling, alignment, size, and more.
If you do not yet want to save your message, you can click the Save Draft button which will allow you to continue editing your message at a later time. You will find your draft messages on the message page listed in the Draft Messages section.
If you have completed the message, you can click the Publish Message button to launch this message. Note: Keep in mind that the message will only be visible within the start and end date range. If you do not see your message after publishing it, check your start and end dates.
