View Volunteers

The volunteers list displays a list of volunteers entered by your organization.  You can sort the list of volunteers by clicking on the column name.  Clicking the column name again will reverse the sort order.

You can also search for a volunteer by using the search box at the top of the page.  This advanced search box allows you to search for volunteers using powerful criteria.  First, you can filter the list of volunteers by their volunteering status - All volunteers, currently engaged volunteers (assigned to an engagement), available volunteers (who have successfully completed the screening process, and unscreened volunteers (volunteers who have not yet been screened).  Secondly, you can enter part of or the whole name to search by volunteer names.  The results will be filtered by the volunteer status AND the name information you’ve entered into the search box.

You can also add a new volunteer by clicking the Add Volunteer button in the upper right corner.

Clicking the View button on a volunteer row will take you to the volunteer details.
