Why are my participants not appearing on the scoreboard?

Participants will not appear on the scoreboard until they have raised money. If your participants have received donations, you may want to confirm that they have given permission to appear on the scoreboard (instructions below). If you notice that there are a number of participants who do not appear on the scoreboard, or who appear as "anonymous" you may want to check that you have set up your scoreboard permission questions. If these questions are not set up participants will be opted out of appear on the scoreboard by default.
