Future Recurring

The future recurring report is designed to show merchants what scheduled payments are coming up within a specified timeframe. This will allow the merchant to estimate how much money will be processed in upcoming payments. The report lists all schedules including weekly, monthly, yearly and future payments. To access the report click the Reporting link in the left navigation panel and select Future Recurring.

Filter Criteria

Begin Date – Used to select the first day of transactions the report will display.
End Date – Used to select the last day of transactions the report will display. 
First Name – This field can be used to search for a specific transaction by first name.
Last Name – This field can be used to search for a specific transaction by last name. 
Last 4 – This field can be used to search for a specific transaction by the last 4 digits of the payment method. 
Amount – This field can be used to search for a specific transaction by the amount of the payment. 
Payment Method – This drop down menu can be used to search for payments by payment methods or types. 

Frequency – This drop down menu can be used to search for payments by frequency. The current options are weekly, monthly and yearly. 
MID# - This drop down can be used by merchants with multiple FastTransact accounts tied to the user account. The drop down will display all applicable MID's and if a specific MID is chosen only payments associated to that MID will be displayed. 

Once the desired filter criteria has been chosen the merchant can click the submit button to view the results of the report.
