How merchant admins can define the duration for payment line items

By default the duration will be disabled (meaning: no set duration). However once the Merchant admin enables “payment line item duration” then the user will be able to limit the duration. So when the page renders the system will check to see if current date falls within the  date range defined, if it falls within the date range then system will display that line item; if not the line item will not be shown.
