The notification report provides a merchant with a detailed breakdown of what notifications were sent via email or SMS to their consumers. To access the report click the Reporting link in the left navigation panel and select Notifications.
Filter Criteria
Begin Date – Used to select the first day of transactions the report will display.
End Date – Used to select the last day of transactions the report will display.
Template Name – This drop down allows merchants to narrow the results based on specific templates.
Phone Number – This field can be used to search for a specific consumer by last name.
Email Address – This field can be used to search for a specific consumer by last name.
Notification type – This drop down allows the merchant to narrow the results based on the method used to send the notification (SMS, Email or SMS/Email)
Once the desired filter criteria has been chosen the merchant can click the submit button to view the results of the report.
The merchant will be able to see a total number of records displayed at the bottom of the screen.
