Voiding a Transaction

Void – If the transaction is currently part of the active batch a hyperlink to void the transaction will be present. If the link is clicked a message will appear asking the user to confirm the transaction should be voided.

If OK is selected the transaction will be voided in both FastTransact and ArgoFire. Once voided the status of the transaction will change from Approved to Voided and the hyperlink will no longer appear.
