The merchant details screen shows the demographics information for the account currently being accessed. The information displayed on this screen is a reflection of the information contained in in the Frontstream database.
As indicated on the screen if any of the displayed information is incorrect it must be changed by contacting Frontstream directly. Once it is changed, the user can refresh the screen to see the updated information. In addition to standard address and contact information the Merchant Details screen contains the Merchant Key which is necessary for the IT team to assist with any troubleshooting.
