SmartList results can be sent to an email recipient one time or can be sent on a defined schedule. The SmartList will be added to the email as an attachment.
Enter the Recipient’s email address and choose the format of the SmartList attachment. The file formats are Microsoft Excel, Comma Separated Value (CSV), or PDF.
Provide the Subject and the Body of the email. The body can include styled text using the formatting tools.
Choose whether the email is being sent Just this once or will be sent on a Recurring basis. If you want to send this email on a schedule, click the recurring option and provide the Frequency and the Start Date and End Date. Donor Management will ensure that the email goes out on the schedule you have chosen.
If you want to modify the scheduled SmartList email, click the Email button when viewing a SmartList and choose Manage Recurring Emails.
