Your Disbursement Report will provide you with detailed information for funds received from your Peer to Peer Fundraising Events, Campaigns, Auctions, and Donation Form.
To begin you will need to sign in to your account.
How to View a Detailed Disbursement Report
Step 1: From the Panorama Dashboard select the drop-down menu under Account located in the upper right-hand side.
Step 2: Select Disbursements
Step 3: You will then be able to view a list of disbursements that have been sent to your organization.
From this screen, you can see the Disbursement Date, Disbursement ID, Method of payment (check or EFT), Amount Paid Total, Check Fee (if applicable), and Disbursement Amount.
- The Amount Paid Total column is the sum of the Amount Paid column for each transaction included in that specific disbursement. You can view those transactions by selecting the disbursement to get to the Disbursement Details report.
- Additionally, if your organization is set up to receive EFT payments, the Check Fee column will always show $0. If your organization is set up to receive check payments, the Disbursement Amount column will be the Amount Paid Total minus the Check Fee.
You can also Export into Excel, Sort your disbursements by date, or Search for disbursements within a specific time period by entering a start and end date.
If you see an entry at the top of your Disbursement Report listed as Pending, this is your organization's pending payment.
Step 4: To view the detailed breakdown of a disbursement select the disbursement you wish to view.
You will then be able to view the list of donors associated with the disbursement you have received. From here you are able to view:
- Donation Date
- Donation Source
- Project the donation is associated with
- Donor First & Last name
- Donation Amount
- Whether or not the donor cover the fee
- Amount Paid (the net amount paid to your organization)
Step 5: To view more details about your disbursement such as your donor's email address, contact information, and more information about fees select the option to Export into Excel.
After you export your Disbursement Details report into excel, you will be able to view more detailed information regarding the fees of your donations. Below we have provided a bit more information about columns T-Z of your exported report.
Donation Amount is the amount the donor donated or purchased.
Cover the Fee Amount will show how much was added to the donation or purchase if the donor decided to cover the fee. If the donor opted not to cover the fee, this amount will be $0.00.
Transaction Amount is the Donation Amount plus the Cover the Fee Amount (if the donor opted to cover the fee). This column will show the total amount charged to the donor.
Service Fees will show the FrontStream performance fees plus the credit card processing fees.
Important Note! An invoice for performance fees for non-credit card (cash, check, other) transactions will come the month following the auction close date.
Amount Paid is the Transaction Amount minus the Service Fees. This is the amount that your organization has received.
Effective Service Fees will show the Service Fees minus the Cover the Fee Amount. This will show the fees that were not covered.
Important Note! If you are viewing a donation where the donor has opted to cover the fee, the value shown in this column will be $0.00.
Effective Fee Rate shows the percentage that the Net Amount (the amount paid to your organization) differs from the Donation Amount (the amount the donor intended to donate).
