To view the donor information associated with a FrontStream check or EFT deposit that you have received, navigate to the “Payments” tab on FrontStream Connect, and click on the “Details” link to the right of the payment in question.
Donors are often given the option to release their information or to remain anonymous. If a donor has requested to remain anonymous, or if the donor’s employer has not supplied their information to FrontStream, FrontStream cannot release that information. Donors who choose to remain anonymous or partially anonymous will be shown as 'Not Provided'.
