If you do not already have an NPO Connect user account, simply navigate back to the login page and click the “First Time Users: Register your account” link. That will guide you through the sign-up process. For security purposes, you will need the specific Account ID and Access Code combination that comes with a FrontStream distribution to create your user account. If you have received a FrontStream payment but are unsure of your organization's Account ID and Access Code combination, please contact our support team by submitting a request here.
Once your account is created you will only need the Username (Email Address) and Password that you associate with your account to log in.
