Click on Emails link from left-hand navigation panel of OPPS.
Then "Add a new email".
Provide a Description for this email, as well as From Address, Subject, and Body.
Mark the "Schedule" checkbox.
Enter the Send Date (mm/dd/yyyy).
Enter the Send Time (24 hour hh:mm, or hh:mm am, or hh:mm pm).*
Then press Save/Queue to schedule this item.
Or press Save/Update if you want to work on it further later.
The task will show up in a "Queued" status.
When it is done, after the send date/time, it will show up as "Processed" status.
