How can I do demonstrations for my client?

*You can put the campaign into "demo" mode on the campaign settings tab, or
*You can put the donor into "demo" mode on the donor's first tab.
*Both scenarios will create a popup message when clicking on the donation's Submit button:
                         WARNING: This site is in demonstration mode.  
                         Please submit test contributions only.  
                         Do you wish to continue?  
                         <OK> <Cancel>
*As you are using the live Campaign Management site, geo-alignment will be current with the most recent UWW GiftLink file, the Charity Database will be current, etc.

Can I avoid transaction fees while doing demos?

*Yes, using either of the two above methods will result in no transaction fees for those test donations.

How many demo transactions can I enter at once?

*In order to help allow several people to do demos at once, in one campaign, we allow up to 25 demo transactions at once.  To enter more, simply delete some of the transactions from under your testing donors.  You can repeat that action as much as needed, in order to complete your testing with your client.

NOTE:  Please remember that ALL credit card transactions are real, even when the campaign/donor is in demo mode. 

How can I demonstrate carryovers?

*Put the campaign in demo mode, and put the donor in production mode.  (Donors that are in demo mode will not process carryovers.)  Then run the carryover in the new campaign year, filter for that donor.
