What are Donor Custom Fields in Campaign Management?

Donor Custom Fields contain values you would like to pass through the system and appear in the Donation, Donor, and Rainbow Exports.  For users of Rainbow, the custom fields are specifically used to associate and track key donor information as the information moves from Rainbow, to Campaign Management, and back to Rainbow. Donor Custom Field Values may be entered manually into the Company Donor Record or electronically with a Donor Upload file.

Note: For FMS users, CM will map the value in Custom Field Value #8 directly into the LOEACT field of the FMS export. LOEACT is the donor's account number in FMS.
