How do I delete a pledge in Campaign Management?

Donations can be deleted from either the Company or Campaign level of Campaign Management. Note that once a pledge has been deleted, it cannot be undone. Take the steps below to delete a donation:

From the Company Donor Record:

1. Expand the Companies level in the navigation tree.
2. Search for and expand the company.
3. Select the Donors node and the Donor List will be displayed.
4. Search for and select the donor you are looking for by clicking the dollar icon.
5. Select the trash icon for the donation you wish to delete in the Donations List.
6. Click “Ok” to confirm.

From the Campaign Donor Record:

1. Expand the Campaigns level in the navigation tree.
2. Search for and expand the campaign.
3. Select the Donors node and the Donor List will be displayed.
4. Search for and select the donor you are looking for by clicking the dollar icon.
5. Select the trash icon for the donation you wish to delete in the Donations List.
6. Click “Ok” to confirm.

Note: Do not delete a credit card pledge until the CyberSource charge has been reversed. The credit card charge can be reversed by logging into your CyberSource account.
