How to Customize your ApproveforGood Email Content 

Customize your default Email Content, and set your from/reply-to email address. 

Here is where you customize all emails that will be sent out to requesters. 

You can use dynamic variables listed below, and AFG will automatically fill in the correct info for that requester.  For instance, if you use [org_name] in an email, AFG will fill in the requesting organization’s name in that spot. 

To customize your default email content, click the setup tab>email content.

Here is where your company will customize all emails that will be sent out to requesters.

You want to set your From Email Address, this is the email address that will be used if a requester tries to reply to your email. 

There are 3 email templates to customize.  

You will want to customize the Request Received/ Request Approved/ Request Rejected content in each section. 

All email templates can be edited at any time. 

Click Update Email Content when customized and completed
