If you are using a mobile device, you will need to choose View standard version of site at the bottom of the webpage before following these directions.
For a Current Bid:
1. Log into your bidder account on Biddingforgood by choosing bidder in the top left hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, you will see the page saying Welcome (Your name). If so, continue to the next step.
2.On the My Account page, click on the Credit Cards tab.
Here you can update an existing card or add a new card:
- To add a new card, click on the green 'Add Credit Card' button and complete the form with your credit card information.
- To update a card already on file, click on the corresponding Edit link, make your edits, then click Update Credit Card.
3. Click on the My Items tab on the left to view your items.
4. Now click on the My Bids tab.
5. For each item you wish to move the card associated, click on the Change Card link.
6. Select the card you wish to use instead.
For a Purchase: (Example: Card Failed)
1. Log into your bidder account on Biddingforgood by choosing bidder in the top left hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, you will see the page saying Welcome (Your name). If so, continue to the next step.
2. On the My Account page, click on the Credit Cards tab.
Here you can update an existing card or add a new card:
- To add a new card, click on the green 'Add Credit Card' button and complete the form with your credit card information.
- To update a card already on file, click on the corresponding Edit link, make your edits, then click Update Credit Card.
3. Click on the My Purchases tab on the left to view your Purchases.
4. Now click on the Change Card link.
5. Select the card you have updated or another card you wish to use instead. Then click Change.*
6. Once this change is made, the Org will now be able to choose the new card you added and update your purchase.
*Note: Don't see this option? Contact the Organization you purchased the items from to work with them to update the card.
