Have a Question / Concern that needs to be answered about an Auction or Item? Here is how to contact them:
Note: If you are using a mobile device, you will need to choose View standard version of site at the bottom of the webpage before following these directions.
Step 1. Log into your bidder account on Biddingforgood by choosing bidder in the top-left corner of the page. If you are already signed in, you will see in the top left corner "Welcome (Your name)".
Step 2. Depending on what you’d like to ask about, choose one of the following:
My Purchases – for items you’ve already bought.
My Bids – for items you’ve placed bids on.
My Items – for items you’ve bookmarked or saved.
Step 3. You’ll see a list of items based on your selection.
From My Purchases, click Contact next to the relevant item to open the organization’s contact form.

From My Bids or My Items, click the item’s name to open the full item details page.
Step 4. From the item Screen, Click on "Ask a Question" tab.
Step 5. Type your message in the provided text box and Click Send to submit your question.

Once sent, your message will go directly to the organization managing the auction, and you’ll receive a confirmation pop-up.
For a quicker way to reach the organization:
Scroll to the bottom-right of the auction’s homepage.
Click “Contact Us.”
This will display the organization’s address, email, and phone number (if available).
Still Need Help?
If you’ve contacted the organization using both methods above but haven’t received a response after a reasonable amount of time:
Visit the FrontStream Support Center and click Submit a Request (at the top of this page).

Let us know that you’ve followed the steps in this article and provide:
The Organization’s name
Your Question or Concern
Any Item or Auction details related to your inquiry
Our Support Team will then assist in reaching out to the organization on your behalf.
