Have a Question / Concern that needs answered about an Auction or Item? Here is how to contact them:
Note: If you are using a mobile device, you will need to choose View standard version of site at the bottom of the webpage before following these directions.
1.) Log into your bidder account on Biddingforgood by choosing bidder in the top-left corner of the page. If you are already signed in, you will see in the top left corner "Welcome (Your name)".
2.) Go to "My Account" in the top-left corner of the page. Choose the "My Purchases" link on the left side of the page if you have already purchased an item. Otherwise, choose "My Bids".
3.) You will see a list of all of the purchases or bids you have made depending on your selection.
- If under the My Purchases screen: Click on the link that says contact. This will take you to their contact screen to reach out to them.
- If under the My Bids screen: Click on the Item's name. This will take you to the item screen. Click on Ask a Question about this Item. This will send the Organization an email with your question.
If you want to contact them faster, Click on the Organization name under the My Bids screen. This will take you the Organization's Homepage. On the very bottom of the Organization's Homepage, there will be a "Contact Us" link to the right of the social media links. You should then see an Email and Phone option available to contact them.

If you have reached out to the organization both ways as shown above, and have still not received a response in a appropriate amount of time; please reach out to our support team by clicking submit a request above. Please inform us that you have followed this Help Article, and provide us the Organization's information and the Question/Concern, and we can assist you in contacting them. Note that you must first follow the directions above to contact the Organization.
