Please note: This process adds your bidders as offline bidders. Offline Bidders cannot place bids online.
This is to add them to the system so that they can be awarded items manually.
If they want to bid on online/mobile items, they would need to register and create their own bidder account.

How to add an offline bidder:
Step 1. Go to the Close Out tab > Event Bidders > Manage Bidders and click on Add Offline Bidder.
Step 2. You can then enter the contact information for each bidder.
Step 3. If you have the bidder’s credit card information, you can add it on this page as well.
Step 4. Once you have completed the required fields click the "Add Offline Bidder" button to proceed with entering the bidder into the system.
