Bidders who have registered for your auction (or have placed a bid in your auction) will be automatically included in the Auction Participants List.
How to send an email to just the Auction Participants list:
Step 1. Go to Promotion > Email > Send Email.
Step 2. Select the message you wish to send
Step 3. Check off the box next to Include Auction Participants.
Step 4. Select when to send the message (now or at a later time).
Please note: The Auction Participants email list is cumulative and includes all bidders from your current and past auctions.
You may also include those who have been included through the Refer-a-Friend and Email Updates features to receive auction updates by checking the box next to Include Interested Persons.
